Any PropTech Startup company in the UAE is eligible if they meet one or more of the following criteria below:
1. The idea must be groundbreaking in the real estate industry, either by addressing issues or creating opportunities in a creative way.
2. Those who completed one phase at minimum, and were operational within the last 2 years.
3. Those with innovative, relevant, and integrated solutions. What makes the startup unique and how is it distinguished enough to compete?
4. Those who are aligning with the future through matchless movement towards technology and digitalization.
5. Those with an exceptional marketing strategy that utilizes the latest digital marketing techniques and media.
